Remove the Old Blower
IMPORTANT! Refer to the illustrations above and identify the blower style you are replacing.
Disconnect the blower from the electrical power source.
Disconnect the user interface cable from the blower.
Cut and discard the blower banding straps.
Blower with Black Housing
Remove and retain the screw from the tee assembly.
Disconnect the blower from the tee assembly and discard the blower.
Blower with Grey Housing
Loosen the blower union nut.
Disconnect the blower and discard
Install the New Blower
Replacing Blower With Black Housing
Position the blower and insert the PVC tube into the tee.
Secure the tee to the PVC tube with the screw.
Connect the adapter and cable (provided) to the blower and the existing user interface cable.
Replacing Blower With Grey Housing
Remove and discard the blower union nut from the replacement blower.
Position the blower and tighten the existing union nut.
Plug the user interface cable into the blower.
All Installations
Connect the blower to the electrical power source.
Verify correct operation.
NOTE: You do not need to replace the banding straps previously discarded.
