The housing design allows for use on both chlorinated (municipal) and non-chlorinated (well water) systems.

This product can be used in various environmental conditions, including both chlorinated (municipal) and non-chlorinated (well water) systems. When it comes to flow-rate, the filter housing provides unrestricted flow up to 8 gpm/30.3 lpm with 3/4" NPT vertical inlet/outlet plumbing connections.

The 316 stainless steel head and 304 stainless steel sump are made from corrosion resistant materials. In addition, this stainless steel housing accepts one double open ended style cartridge for sediment, scale and/or chlorine taste and odor reduction. Compatible models include: AP110, AP124, AP117 or the AP420.
